Who is Kirsan Ilyumzhinov?
Ilyumzhinov maintains that in 1997 while he was on a business trip to Moscow he was forced onto a UFO. They took me from my apartment and we went aboard their ship. We flew to some kind of star. They put a spacesuit on me, told me many things and showed me around. They wanted to demonstrate that UFOs do exist.

Ben I don't think Ilymzhinov is involved in underground activity, but he does know what it takes to become a millionaire growing up in a poverty stricken part of Russia.
He seems to have a combination of What you know, and who you know.
